He assumes his new position with over13 years of experience. He began his journey in hospitality in 2007 as the service manager of Radisson Hotel Dubai Deira Creek. He then joined Ramada Jumeirah Hotel as front office manager in 2012 and later became a member of the pre-opening team for DAMAC Hospitality, where he took the lead as front office manager.

Lindsay Gilmour has been appointed as Guest Services Manager at SpringHill Suites Lakeland

Lindsay Gilmour, Guest Services Manager - Lindsay is no newcomer to the Marriott brand, having honed her management skills as a Management Trainee at the Courtyard by Marriott and a Guest Service Associate at Marriott Grande Vista Resort in Orlando. She completed the brand's award-winning, global leadership program, Voyage, and gained expertise in various, guest experience software systems. Lindsay earned her bachelor's degree at the University of Central Florida and completed the Hospitality Management program at Rosen College.

Mallory Brendmoen has been appointed as Sales & Catering Manager at SpringHill Suites Lakeland

Mallory Brendmoen, Sales & Catering Manager - Mallory brings extensive event planning, banquet management, and hospitality sales experience to her new role. Mallory's most recent post was as Director of Banquets and Private Events for the esteemed, century-old Lakeland Country Club, before which she spent a year as Catering and Events Sales Manager for Florida Southern College. She earned her Bachelor's in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida.

Haley Sanger has been named Director of Sales & Catering at Grand Bohemian Hotel Charlotte

Ahsan Ali Khan has been appointed as Director of Engineering at Millennium Airport Hotel Dubai

The Millennium Airport Hotel Dubai has appointed Ahsan Ali Khan as its new Director of Engineering. Ahsan brings over 17 years of outstanding experience in the hospitality industry. Ahsan's previous employment was with Radisson Blu Hotel where he held the role of Cluster Chief Engineer and prior to this he worked with international chains such as Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, Accor, Sheraton and Radisson hotels.

Sathit Mansuwan has been appointed as Director of Quality Assurance at Absolute Hotel Services (AHS)

Mr. Sathit Mansuwan is a highly respected professional in the industry with a wealth of hospitality operations and management experience. His roles include working as a General Manager in different brands within the renowned Minor Hotels Group, where he has been employed for the best part of the last 20 years. He started his career with Marriott Resort & Spa, Bangkok as Front Office Manager in 2000 and worked his way up through the group to the role of Cluster General Manager.

Cathy Voss has been appointed as Senior Strategic Advisor, at CWT in Walnut Creek, California

Current Global Customer Group lead, Cathy Voss, will be appointed to a new role of SeniorStrategic Advisor, as she transitions towards retirement, having handed over to Nick. He started his career in the hospitality industry in 1989 working for the InterContinental Hotel in Geneva as Reception Shift Leader.
