With nearly two decades of experience in hotel strategy and team leadership, the hospitality veteran will spearhead the property's sales, marketing and revenue initiatives ahead of its highly anticipated opening.

Rhonda Mestler has been promoted to Senior Director of Commercial Strategy at Mainsail Lodging & Development LLC

Rhonda Mestler, formerly the Corporate Director of Revenue, has been elevated to Senior Director of Commercial Strategy. Mestler will oversee all revenue-generating functions across the company, including eCommerce, reservations, revenue management, and front office operations. Her focus will be on optimizing the performance of Mainsail's commercial systems while ensuring a seamless and guest-centric experience throughout the customer journey. Since joining Mainsail in 2010 as Revenue Manager, Mestler has played a key role in advancing the company's revenue strategy. With nearly 15 years at Mainsail and prior experience in sales and revenue management roles with Hilton and Omni Hotels & Resorts, she brings deep expertise and operational insight to the newly created position.

Brandon Marshall has been promoted to Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Mainsail Lodging & Development LLC

Brandon Marshall, who has served as Corporate Director of Sales for the past nine years, has been promoted to Vice President of Sales & Marketing. In his new role, Marshall will lead the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies for Mainsail's entire portfolio, focusing on maximizing revenue opportunities, cultivating top talent, and contributing to the feasibility and planning of future projects.

Emily Bond has been appointed as Director of Marketing at The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort

Terrance Kelly has been appointed as Director of Sales and Marketing at Omni Pontoque Resort at Punta de Mita

Omni Hotels & Resorts is pleased to announce the appointment of Terrance Kelly as the Director of Sales and Marketing for Omni Pontoque Resort at Punta de Mita, the brand's highly anticipated debut in Mexico. Scott Rohm has been appointed as Chief Development Officer at Ithaka Hospitality Partners

Scott Rohm is IHP's first Chief Development Officer. Scott has served as an advisor to IHP since our founding in 2018 and brings a wealth of experience from both field and corporate leadership roles. His impressive career includes tenure at Ritz-Carlton and founding roles at Capella and Starwood Capital's SH Group, where he led brand development and the launches of Baccarat and 1Hotels. Most recently, Scott served as Chief Operating Officer for Auberge Resorts Collection, overseeing the brand's expansion from six to thirty properties between 2016 and 2025.

James Keaveny has been appointed as Director of Sales at The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas

Keaveny brings over two decades of hospitality experience to his new position as director of sales. Since beginning his career with posts at several Hyatt properties in San Francisco and Dallas, he brings extensive experience in strategic development from properties across the west coast and southwest region of the U.S. His most recent position was the Senior Director of Group & Leisure Sales at The Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport Beach, California where he oversaw both group and extended stay revenue opportunities.

Alexandra Woolsey has been appointed as Vice President of Business Development at LodgIQ™

Her appointment comes with LodgIQ's recent growth and growing global ambitions. First at TravelClick, and then Amadeus, Woolsey oversaw enterprise sales and account management, where she helped major accounts optimize their digital and distribution strategies.
