After 15 years outside his homeland of Egypt, Ali returns back to the Mediterranean shores with a wide experience that he gained all over the world. Ali spent years travelling the world, starting from Cairo to the opening of Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh as Assistant Housekeeping Manager, and on to another opening of the former Four Seasons Resort Great Exuma in the Bahamas as Assistant Director of Housekeeping. Having done three openings already, Ali’s valuable expertise prepared him to assist in the opening of Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza. He later crossed the Atlantic to continue his Rooms Division career in two different positions at Four Seasons Hotel Toronto in late 2004.

As a result of his professionalism and hard work, he joined another pre-opening team with Four Seasons Hotel Doha in 2005 in the capacity of Night Manager, and then kept on jumping up the ladder to Guest Service Manager, Front Office Manager and finally Concierge Manager in 2010.

Seif started with the Food and Beverage pre-opening team at Four Seasons Resort Sharm el Sheikh. In Sharm, Seif could not resist the magical desert and red sea, where he stayed for five years moving around the different resort restaurants to gain his experience in depth. In 2005, he was promoted to Room Service Manager. In 2007, Seif decided to seek a new career opportunity back home in Alexandria. He then dipped his toe in the catering pool in the capacity of Catering Sales Manager with another pre-opening team at Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria, and was later promoted to Assistant Director of Catering. During those years Seif had played a major role in leading the catering team and managing successfully the famous Alexandria Wedding Fair for three years on the row. He was also responsible for driving departmental sales goals.
