With more than three decades of international experience, including a long-established presence throughout the Caribbean, Stuedemann will oversee all aspects of the resort's operations, guiding the team as the property continues to strengthen its performance and guest experience.

Prior to his role, Hal served as the North American sales manager for the Aruba Convention Bureau directly involved in the sales, marketing and revenue strategy for all MICE related properties in Aruba. His experience spans multiple leading hotel brands including Hilton, Marriott, Renaissance, Ritz Carlton, Hyatt and Barcelo..Prior to his 10-year tenure with Aruba Tourism Hal held operational roles including general manager with Wyndham Hotels in Charlotte and Atlanta.
