George Sous has been appointed as Director of Rooms at Fairmont Dallas

Reporting to the Hotel Operations Director, Sous will oversee all functions of the Rooms Division and Loss Prevention for the 545-room hotel. He brings over 12 years of experience to Fairmont Dallas, beginning his career as a Rooms Intern at the Historic Palmer House Hotel in 2011. After completing Hilton's Management Development Training Program, Sous served as Director of Housekeeping at multiple properties including the Hilton Chicago and Towers and Conrad Chicago. Sous joined the Accor family at the Swissotel Chicago as Director of Housekeeping in 2019.

Edward Searle has been appointed as Director of Food & Beverage at Fairmont Dallas

Reporting to the Hotel Operations Director, Searle will oversee all Food & Beverage operations at Fairmont Dallas. He most recently worked as Director of Food & Beverage at Hilton Granite Park Hotel in Plano, Texas, and prior to that he was the Restaurant General Manager at Palomar Hotel, Restaurant General Manager at Marie Gabrielle Restaurant, and Director of Food & Beverage at The Warwick Melrose Hotel, all in Dallas, Texas. Searle brings over 20 years of hotel and free-standing food and beverage and leadership to his new position

Bruce Roy has been appointed as General Manager at Hilton Anatole

Hilton Anatole announced Bruce Roy as the new general manager of the iconic property managed by Hilton (NYSE: HLT). Roy joins Hilton Anatole from Hilton Boston Logan Airport, where he served as the hotel's general manager and oversaw a multi-million dollar guestroom renovation. In his new role, Roy will oversee all aspects of the iconic 1,606 room property located just north of downtown Dallas, which includes over 600,000 square feet of meeting space, upscale steakhouse SER Steak + Spirits, and spacious indoor and outdoor facilities including V Spa, Verandah Health Club, a private Sculpture Park, and the JadeWaters resort pool complex.

His career began in the North East United States where he served in multiple management positions at Boar's Head Resort in Charlottesville, VA, the F our Seasons Hotel in New York City, the Hilton in Westchester, New York, the Hilton Boston Logan in Boston, MA, and the Park Plaza in Boston, MA.Beck relocated to Texas in 2014 to join Omni Hotels & Resorts and held the position of Senior Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at Omni Dallas Downtown. In 2017, he was promoted to Director of Operations at Omni Park West in Dallas, Texas.
