Prior to joining Montage Healdsburg, Pagano was the Director of Rooms at Fairmont Grand Del Mar in San Diego, Calif. and held previous roles at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, including Grande Lakes in Orlando, Fla. and the brand's San Francisco property.
Piveteau joins the Healdsburg team from the Baccarat Hotel & Residences in New York City where he was the Director of Food and Beverage. Through the years he has held various positions with Shangri-La Hotel & Resorts, including posts in Makati, Philippines and Hong Kong Island, in addition to The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay in Half Moon Bay, Calif.
Kaminski joins the resort after 20-years with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts. Most recently he held the position of director of sales and marketing at Four Seasons Hotel Chicago. He's also served roles at several other properties in the portfolio across the U.S., including Miami, Silicon Valley and Austin, Texas.
