Dublin is set to unveil a new high-end hotel early in the coming year, marked by the debut of The Leinster. Situated at the intersection of Merrion Square, a location noted for hosting the city's Natural History Museum and National Gallery, this hotel is anticipated to open its doors in January.

Mark holds a Diploma in Hospitality Management from GMIT and an Honours Degree in Hospitality from Les Roches, Switzerland and is part of "Eta Sigma Delta" an honours society in hospitality. He has a broad range of work experience in hospitality having worked in various roles at all levels front and back of house in Ireland and overseas from a young age. Since completing his studies, he has gained experience from the some of the best 5-star brands in the world including Relais & Chateau, Four Seasons and Intercontinental Hotel. Mark worked at the Intercontinental in Dublin as a Duty Manager before moving to Cork to the Imperial Hotel where he dedicated 8 years in the role of Front Office Manager and then Deputy Manager.
Niall started out at on his hospitality journey 23 years ago in Hayes's hotel in Thurles. He then moved on to start his hospitality training 21 years ago in the Newpark hotel as part of their trainee management programme. Once completed Niall went on to further studies in GMIT earning a bachelor's degree in Hotel and Catering management.

Adventurous Journeys (AJ) Capital Partners announced today the acquisition of the Adelphi Portrush Hotel in Portrush, Northern Ireland. The property will join Marine & Lawn Hotels & Resorts, a collection of bespoke hotels located in the world’s most premier golf destinations. The hotel will continue to operate as Adelphi Portrush Hotel in its current condition through the Autumn of 2023, at which time comprehensive guest room and common space renovations will begin. The hotel is expected to relaunch as part of the Marine & Lawn Hotels & Resorts collection in late 2024.
