Prior to joining Berjaya Hotels & Resorts, Peter was the General Manager of Cassia Cottage on Phu Quoc Island. Born in Portugal, and growing up in Canada, Peter has worked for international hotel brands including Le Meridian, JW Marriott, The Ritz-Carlton, Rocco Forte Hotels and YTL Hotels & Resorts in Canada, United Kingdom, Bahrain, Vietnam, Indonesia and Malaysia in a hospitality career spanning more than two decades. He also brings with him pre-opening experience of two new properties in South East Asia, which included overseeing design and procurement, implementing sales and marketing strategies as well as developing food and beverage concepts for the new properties.
Based in Kuala Lumpur, Choa will oversee and direct the company’s sales initiatives. Prior to her appointment with Avani Sepang Goldcoast Resort, Choa worked with several hotel groups, including Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Hilton Hotels Worldwide. This extensive experience has also seen her manage cluster teams, hotel openings and achieving an exceptional milestone by increasing corporate transient performance by 17 per cent in 2016.

Lyndon Discombe has been appointed General Manager of Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel & Residences (Pullman KLCC), he was the General Manager of the former Prince Hotel & Residence Kuala Lumpur in 2005.
