Andaz Turks & Caicos will be the first Hyatt property on the island and is on track to debut in late 2025. Opening in Fall 2024, The Strand is a thoughtfully crafted luxury resort and residential community in the heart of Cooper Jack Bay with 41 luxury beachfront villas and custom residences available for purchase or overnight accommodations. Owners and resort guests will have access to a beach and tennis club, full-service spa, water's edge restaurant and bar, 1,400 feet of canal and marina frontage with access to The Strand's own Club Boat with a private captain, a kids' club, and more.
