2025 Opening for Andaz Turks & Caicos at Grace Bay

Andaz Turks & Caicos will be the first Hyatt property on the island and is on track to debut in late 2025. A luxury residential and resort community, Andaz Turks & Caicos at Grace Bay boasts a 59-key resort and offers 73 residences priced from $500,000 and ranging from the 580-square-foot oceanfront studio to the 6,411-square-foot four-bedroom penthouse. Grace Bay Resorts Plans for May 2024 of South Bank, Turks and Caicos 

Grace Bay Resorts' newest luxury residential resort and marina, South Bank, features several waterfront neighborhoods along 31 acres of quiet shoreline in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. Developed by Windward, the distinctive waterfront properties include The Launch, a collection of contemporary boathouses with dedicated docks; The Lagoon and Ocean Estate, comprising spacious standalone homes that capture the essence of beach and oceanfront living; Boat Houses, which are strategically positioned along the marina waterfront; and Arc, a six-story residential building that encompasses Sky Villas designed by world-renowned Italian architect and designer Piero Lissoni. The Boat Houses, Lagoon Villas and Ocean Estates will feature resort villas as well as luxury residences. Guests and homeowners alike will have access to transformative amenities fully managed by Grace Bay Resorts, including a calm, one-of-a-kind manmade swimming lagoon; a chic white sand beachfront; innovative dining experiences; tennis and pickleball courts; and an energizing spa and fitness center. South Bank is now taking reservations for stays beginning May 2024.

Fall 2024 Opening for The Strand, Turks and Caicos

Opening in Fall 2024, The Strand is a thoughtfully crafted luxury resort and residential community in the heart of Cooper Jack Bay with 41 luxury beachfront villas and custom residences available for purchase or overnight accommodations. Owners and resort guests will have access to a beach and tennis club, full-service spa, water's edge restaurant and bar, 1,400 feet of canal and marina frontage with access to The Strand's own Club Boat with a private captain, a kids' club, and more. Lastly, the Strand will be one of the most sustainable resorts in the Caribbean to date with eco-friendly design elements and solar integration throughout (offering between 80-100% of power through solar). Starting price of residences is $2,525,000.

Melina Forla, boasting over 25 years in the hospitality industry, has been an integral part of JEM Worldwide's leadership team since 2022. A native Argentinean, Forla has worked at renowned resorts in the Caribbean, United States and Latin America, including 12 years with Marriott International's Westin Brand in the Caribbean, specializing in Sales and Operations. Notably, she has spent most of her hospitality career in the Cayman Islands, where her efforts were concentrated on sales for leisure, corporate and incentive group segments. Leading a team of experts from JEM, Forla is exclusively dedicated to planning and executing Salterra's grand opening in 2025.
