The five-red-AA star Dorchester hotel, part of Dorchester Collection, has appointed Nicolas Messian as hotel manager, effective immediately. Messian joins the Dorchester from his role as hotel manager at the One&Only Royal Mirage in Dubai, where for four years he oversaw the hotel’s 451 rooms, 17 food and beverage outlets and conference and banqueting facilities.
