AHC Hospitality announces the promotion of Ross Bartlett to regional general manager of the historic Amway Grand Plaza, Curio Collection by Hilton in downtown Grand Rapids' Hotel District. Most recently serving as the assistant general manager at the historic hotel, Bartlett will continue to provide day-to-day leadership for the property in his expanded role, as well as lead AHC's newest project, the city's extended-stay, pet-friendly Morton Hotel, and oversee the security and parking departments for AHC Hospitality. Ross began his tenure with AHC Hospitality in January 2016 as the director of rooms for the Amway Grand Plaza and was promoted to assistant general manager in early 2019 to support overall hotel operations.
