Previously the director of sales at Hotel Nashville Brentwood, Seanez was responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue goals, managing key relationships and identifying new target markets. Previously, she held the role of market sales executive at Drury Hotels and senior sales manager at Hotel Indigo.

Eric Fiedler has been appointed as Executive Chef at DoubleTree by Hilton Clarksville Riverview

Eric Fiedler will serve as the Executive Chef, working closely with Botkin to oversee all catering and banquets, restaurant and bar operations, sourcing and menu development, and hiring. Fiedler comes to the DoubleTree by Hilton Clarksville Riverview with 33 years of expertise, highlighted by his appointments as Executive Chef at Fort Lauderdale's DoubleTree, Sheraton Grand Downtown Nashville, and the Broward County Convention Center. Energized by the comradery of the industry, Fiedler brings his humor and fun to the role as a staunch believer that the kitchen doesn't have to feel like work. Outside of the kitchen, he enjoys working on cars and fixing things in general. He also loves going to concerts, sporting events, and comedy shows - while also collecting anything Star Wars-related that he can find.

John Botkin has been named Director of Food & Beverage, bringing his 35 years of industry experience to the opening team. John has previously held the positions of Executive Chef, Food & Beverage Director and Commercial Caterer, amongst others across the country. The Fairlane Hotel in downtown Nashville has tapped Nashville-native Shane Batchelor as the new General Manager. Batchelor has worked for more than 25 years in the hospitality space and has led 15+ hotels and restaurants through openings and concept relaunches. His resume includes larger nationwide franchises, from Planet Hollywood, to more boutique, hyper-local establishments, like Nashville's Catbird Seat. At the Fairlane, Batchelor will work to ensure that guests are receiving an experience that exceeds expectations and that his team is positioned to deliver the distinctive guest experience Oliver Hospitality has become known for. Outside of the hotel, Batchelor's hobbies include coaching elementary basketball for his children.

Katelyn Goins has been promoted to Associate Director of Sales at Loews Nashville Hotel at Vanderbilt Plaza

Goins brings more than 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry into her new position as Associate Director of Sales at Loews Nashville Hotel at Vanderbilt Plaza. In her elevated role, her primary responsibility is to secure meetings and events at Nashville's original luxury hotel. She will serve as the point of contact for National accounts, work in partnership with third-party meeting planners, and support opportunities in collaboration with the Nashville Convention and Visitors Corporation. Additionally, Goins will represent Loews Nashville Hotel at industry trade shows and meetings.

Born and raised in Lynnfield, Massachusetts, Whalen started working in the hospitality industry at 15 years old, after looking for a job to supplement school costs. Whalen states that's where she "fell in love with how fast-paced, challenging, and ever-changing the industry could be." Later Whalen obtained a BA in Music Industry/Vocal Performance at Northeastern University, where she combined her lifelong experience with her studies in music and business to increase revenue for each hotel and restaurant that she has worked in since, by maintaining musical bookings and curating events. She credits her love of the industry, the life-long friendships she's forged, along with passion and dedication being the driving force behind her 25-year tenure in the hospitality scene.
