Carole Primat has been appointed as Spa Director at Rosewood Le Guanahani St. Barth

As Spa Director, Carole Primat will be a crucial member of the team and will oversee operations at the resort's Sense Spa, including the development of distinctive programming that is both representative of St. Barts and incorporates new and cutting-edge techniques in wellness. With over 30 years of experience in the wellness space as a business owner and consultant, Carole Primat is a virtuoso in her field. After returning to school at Ecole Francais Morice where she studied cosmetics, coaching and the art of massage, she opened her own urban spa in Aix en Provence. Most recently, Carole served as the Director of Spa and Wellness Concepts at Millésime. Prior to this role, she served as a spa consultant for Kaoma Consulting, where she was tapped by hotel groups throughout the world to aid in the development of their wellness concepts.

Dr. Romie Mushtaq has been named Chief Wellness Officer at Great Wolf Resorts, Inc.

Great Wolf Resorts, Inc. appointed triple-board certified physician and noted neurologist, Dr. Romie Mushtaq, as the company's first Chief Wellness Officer. Mushtaq, who is widely recognized by the name Dr. Romie, will help establish a wellness-focused foundation for Great Wolf that includes training materials, educational tools and specific programs to assist the company's 10,000 Pack Members achieve their wellness pursuits and a better sense of mindfulness.

Lindsay Neeley has been appointed as Director of Spa, Wellness & Retail at Conrad Orlando

Neeley joins the Conrad Orlando team with over 20 years of experience overseeing luxury spas, most recently as Spa Director of the Waldorf Astoria Orlando. Previous positions include roles at Mansion on Forsyth Park and Bella Vita Medical Spa, and Assistant Spa Director at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Her passion for the spa industry encompasses a broad range of wellness pillars, including self-accountability, nutritional awareness, stress management, physical fitness and environment sensitivity. Seeing people changed from their spa experiences is truly fulfilling and inspiring to Neeley's work, and this holistic view is what informs the diverse, whole-body spa programming at Conrad Spa Orlando.

Diego Hermelo Vidal has been appointed as Spa Director at Four Seasons Resort Lanai

With 20 years of experience in the spa industry, Vidal joins the Four Seasons Resort Lanai team from his previous position at Four Seasons Resort Maui, where he served as Assistant Spa Director. Vidal has traveled the world perfecting his craft, working with Four Seasons properties across the globe including Costa Rica, Taormina, Prague, Maui and now the stunning island of Lanai. Vidal will be overseeing daily spa operations, including staff training, treatments and retail, fitness facilities as well as the Resort's Yoga and Wellness program.

Patrick Huey has been named Director of Global Wellbeing Operations at Hyatt Hotels Corporation

Patrick Huey has taken on the role of director of global wellbeing operations at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, bringing with him over two decades of experience in the spa and wellness as well as the hospitality sectors. His extensive background spans across various regions including the US, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Southeast Asia. Most recently, Huey served as the general manager at We Care Spa in California, a prestigious 28-suite wellness resort and spa nestled in the Coachella Valley. His career has seen him hold leadership positions in renowned organizations like Montage International, Minor Hotel Group (operator of Anantara, Avani, and Tivoli hotel brands), Equinox, Four Seasons, Viceroy Hotel Group, and Sandals Resorts. Additionally, Huey was elected as the ISPA board chair in 2020, leveraging his position to actively advocate for spa industry support during the pandemic.

Vivianne Garcia-Tunon has been appointed as Global Vice President of Wellbeing at Auberge Collection

Nathalie joins Raffles & Orient Express from her most recent role as Spa Director at Ritz Paris. Her career began with Chef Gordon Ramsay at his London restaurant, Aubergine. Nathalie went on to work with numerous luxury hospitality brands, including Relais et Châteaux, Four Seasons, Spa Thémaé, and Hotel George V Palace Four Seasons in Paris, where she spent seven years overseeing the hotel's spa.

Osa Mallo has been appointed as Spa Director at Hotel Effie

Rianon Cepriano has been appointed as Spa Director at Spa Evangeline at Epicurean Hotel, Autograph Collection

Epicurean Hotel recently announced the addition of Rianon Cepriano as Spa Director of Spa Evangeline located in the 137-room boutique hotel in the trendy Hyde Park historic district of South Tampa. Cepriano will oversee day-to-day operations of the spa, including the treatment menu and special promotions, staff management and training, spa product lines and retail. Cepriano will also serve as Area Director of Arch Amenity Group (formerly WTS International), the company that manages Spa Evangeline. She will oversee sister spas in Clearwater, St. Petersburg and Tampa.
