Effective 31 August 2023, Nathalie will report to Guy Heywood, Senior Vice President, Operations, Raffles & Orient Express. Based in Paris, Nathalie will oversee the spa strategy and wellness initiatives for both brands while upholding global well-being standards. Nathalie joins Raffles & Orient Express from her most recent role as Spa Director at Ritz Paris. Her career began with Chef Gordon Ramsay at his London restaurant, Aubergine. Nathalie went on to work with numerous luxury hospitality brands, including Relais et Châteaux, Four Seasons, Spa Thémaé, and Hotel George V Palace Four Seasons in Paris, where she spent seven years overseeing the hotel's spa.

Osa Mallo has been appointed as Spa Director at Hotel Effie

Epicurean Hotel recently announced the addition of Rianon Cepriano as Spa Director of Spa Evangeline located in the 137-room boutique hotel in the trendy Hyde Park historic district of South Tampa. Having travelled extensively around the world studying wellness, massage and bodywork therapy, Mosher is a licensed massage and RYT yoga instructor, and is affiliated with the NCBTMB, giving her national accreditation to teach massage continuing education classes. She also specializes in family herbalism and aromatherapy counsel. Prior to joining Snow King Resort's Grand View Spa, she was a massage and bodywork therapist and yoga instructor at Keystone Lodge & Spa in Colorado. She's held similar positions throughout Colorado Springs and was the Massage Program Director and full time instructor for the College of Wilmington, in North Carolina.
