Mark Eacott has been appointed as VP Lifestyle Design, Asia Pacific at sbe

Mark Eacott, joins sbe as VP Lifestyle Design, Asia Pacific. Prior to sbe, Mark spent more than 17 years working in London, Singapore and Los Angeles with some of the industry's most influential hotel designers and hospitality groups, including Philippe Starck (YOO), Soho House Group and Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA). Most recently, heading a specialist global division of HBA, Mark was responsible for creating and developing several new hospitality lifestyle brands across Asia. In this new role Mark will be responsible for directing projects for both sbe & Accor Lifestyle brands across Asia Pacific.

Praree Kittidumkerng has been named Senior Graphic Designer – Asia Pacific at Yoo in Bangkok, Thailand

Khun Praree is a designer and artist with five years' experience in San Francisco and New York. Having graduated with a Master of Fine Arts degree in Design from the California College of the Arts, she worked for several clients in the USA, Korea and Thailand, including Apple's head office in Silicon Valley. She is now responsible for creating strong identity and marketing collaterals for YOO in Asia Pacific.

Alex Barz has been appointed as Director of Social Media at Spherical

Alex Barz joins Spherical's social media department offering strategy, oversight, and direction to its roster of incredible properties. Barz joins from People Ideas & Culture where she built the social media department which specializes in paid and organic social strategy, content creation, and content management. She has managed social media campaigns in house and on the agency side for hospitality and travel brands including Morgans Hotel Group, Waldorf Astoria, Conrad Hotels & Resorts, and Victor Private Jets.

Anna Laestadius has been appointed as Chief Creative Officer at TUI Group

Anna Laestadius has been appointed as Chief Creative Officer of the Hanover, Germany based TUI Group, overseeing the global development of the TUI brand. Her new role's responsibilities include the Center of Excellence for Brand Marketing & Insights in the Nordics as well as the company's development of brand and marketing campaigns. Laestadius follows Barbara Haase, who left TUI earlier this year.

Victoria Myrand has been appointed as Content & Design Specialist at Teneo Hospitality Group

Teneo Hospitality Group, the premier group representation firm, has appointed graphic designer and tech expert Victoria Myrand as Content and Design Specialist. In this newly created position, Ms. Myrand will expand Teneo's digital marketing, social media, e-mail communications, digital advertising and branding services. Teneo is active on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn and Ms. Myrand will expand and enhance the company's social footprint. She will operate out of offices in Detroit, Michigan.

Dan Sellers has been named Hospitality Design Manager at HKS

HKS announces the return of Dan Sellers, AIA, as Hospitality Design Manager at the firm's Orlando office. Sellers brings over 25 years of experience in design, master planning, programming, management and more. While his primary focus is luxury hospitality and high-profile entertainment, his work has spanned across various industries such as high-end residential, retail, commercial and healthcare. His robust portfolio includes some of HKS' notable hospitality projects such a as Atlantis Paradise Island, Disney's Boardwalk and Rosewood's Ventanas al Pa radiso, as well as Seuss Landing at Universal's Islands of adventure. He previously held the role as Director of Architecture for Marriot Vacation Club International., working internationally. He was also Senior Development Manager for Tavistock Development Company and Design Manager for Universal Creative, so he brings experience from the owner's side."My passion is for resorts and entertainment destinations where the architecture melds with fantastic interiors and lush landscapes," said Sellers, AIA. "Understanding the operational realities, from my experience in the corporate world, allows me to know what it takes to create financially successful hospitality projects that people love." Carl Hren has been named Senior Vice President Of Architecture And Construction at Concord Hospitality

Gary Rall has been appointed as Vice President, Design and Development at Orange Lake Resorts

Orange Lake Resorts, home to the Holiday Inn Club Vacations® brand, has hired Gary Rall as Vice President, Design and Development. Rall has 25 years experience leading multi-million-dollar hospitality and retail construction/renovation projects. His projects have won several timeshare industry renovation awards including two American Resort Development Association (ARDA) 1st place awards and an ARDA Ace Award for his work on renovations to Give Kids The World Village in Kissimmee, Florida. Previously, Rall worked for Wyndham Vacation Ownership as Vice President, Resort Renovations & Design and Supplier Diversity Champion.

Joey Goei has joined Clermont Hotel Group (CHG) as Design Manager

London's largest hotel owner-operator, glh Hotels, has announced the appointment of two new senior managers to its central team, as the group continues to build momentum across its portfolio of 17 existing properties and future pipeline projects.  In a first for the group, Joey Goei, has joined glh Hotels as Design Manager, responsible for overseeing all interior design projects within the group, for both existing and new hotels and projects across the group's portfolio, which includes Guoman, Amba, every, Thistle and Thistle Express brands. Goei joins from her previous role of Project Manager at Accor Hotels UK & Ireland, having overseen projects at various sites including Novotel London Canary Wharf, MGallery Leicester Square, Ibis Styles Ealing and Mercure Bridgwater. Goei will report into glh Hotels Property Director Paul Phillips.

Suzanne Saunders has been named Vice-President of Design & Construction at Hospitality Ventures Management Group (HVMG)

Hospitality Ventures Management Group (HVMG), an Atlanta-based, private hotel investment, ownership and management company, has named Suzanne Saunders its vice-president of design & construction. In her new role, Saunders will be responsible for the planning and execution of new development and renovation projects, as well as capital expense planning and execution.

Zac Posen has been appointed as Member of Rosewood Curators program at Rosewood Hotel Group

Rosewood Hotels & Resorts has added fashion designer Zac Posen to its Rosewood Curators program, a select group of luminaries and leaders who share travel recommendations and insider tips for Rosewood destinations around the world. Posen previously served as a judge on the TV show Project Runway and is the creative director for Brooks Brothers. He joins Rosewood Curators on behalf of Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek, Rosewood’s iconic property in Dallas.
