Hyatt Announces Plans for First Two Hyatt-Branded Hotels in Manchester

Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H) announced today that a Hyatt affiliate has entered into a management agreement with Ewart Manchester Properties Limited, a majority owned subsidiary of M&L Hospitality, for Hyatt Regency Manchester Oxford Road and Hyatt House Manchester/Oxford Road, both of which will be located in Manchester, UK. The 212-room Hyatt Regency hotel and the 116-room Hyatt House hotel will both be located in the landmark building "The Lume," and are expected to open in 2020, which would bring the total number of Hyatt-branded hotels in the U.K. to 11 by 2022.

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Enters Denmark in Collaboration with Danish Chain Comwell Hotels

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts - the world's largest hotel franchising company with approximately 9,200 hotels in more than 80 countries - and Comwell Hotels - an award-winning hotel chain in Denmark - today announced the signing of an exclusive agreement to open multiple hotels under the Dolce Hotels and Resorts by Wyndham brand in Denmark. Radisson Hotel Group Signs Agreement With Zdrojowa Invest & Hotels For Radisson Resorts In Poland

Brussels/Warsaw - Radisson Hotel Group is pleased to announce an agreement with Zdrojowa Invest & Hotels group for two new-build Radisson resorts in Poland. Scandic To Expand Two Norwegian Hotels

Scandic has made an agreement with property owner Eiendomsspar to renovate and expand Scandic Helsfyr in Oslo in conjunction with extending the lease agreement. Close to 200 new rooms will be added to the hotel, bringing the number of rooms from 253 to 450 and making Scandic Helsfyr the largest Scandic hotel in Norway. In addition to the new rooms, the conference facilities will be renovated and a new 300 m2 meeting space will be added. The expansion is expected to be completed during 2021, and is in line with Scandic's expectation of continued good demand development in the hotel market in the Oslo region.
