The hotel will be both companies’ first lifecycle net zero carbon hotel. Aligned with the UK Green Building Council’s framework definition of net zero carbon buildings, it is set to open next year.

The Social Hub today announces that the Municipality of Eindhoven has granted approval for a ‘PowerNEST’ wind and solar solution to be built on the roof of The Social Hub Eindhoven.
