Wynn Al Marjan Island unveils design vision

Wynn Resorts, Limited (Nasdaq: WYNN) has announced the name of its new multi-billion-dollar integrated resort, debuting in Ras Al Khaimah in the United Arab Emirates (UAE): Wynn Al Marjan Island. The Company also unveiled the design vision of its first-ever beachfront resort, which is inspired by the tranquil seascape of Al Marjan Island, a group of four islands. The resort is being developed with local partners Marjan LLC, and RAK Hospitality Holding LLC.

Minor Hotels Announces Expansion of Tivoli Brand in Middle East With Upcoming Debut in Oman

Minor Hotels, a hotel owner, operator, and investor, currently with a portfolio of 530 hotels and resorts in 56 countries across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Europe, the Americas, Africa and the Indian Ocean, announces the expansion of its Tivoli Hotels & Resorts brand in the Middle East region, with the upcoming addition of a property in Oman. The 180-key Tivoli Muscat Hotel & Residences will begin development in the Omani capital later this year, with the property slated to launch in 2026.

221-Key Mondrian Abu Dhabi Announced for 2024

Ennismore, the fastest-growing lifestyle hospitality company, today announces it will open Mondrian Abu Dhabi, the brand's first project in the United Arab Emirates, in collaboration with Al Hazoom Group. Browns Hotel Group relaunch their renovated boutique hotel near Rothschild Boulevard, Tel Aviv

19-room boutique hotel, Villa Brown, is being relaunched by Browns Hotel Group following major renovations. Located in the heart of the White City, next to the infamous Rothschild Boulevard, this former private house established in 1932, provides the ideal location for visitors to absorb the culture of Tel Aviv.
