Adding to this, his industry experience has also included multiple hospitality disciplines in kitchen, F&B, rooms and accounting in Germany, Switzerland, Saudi Arabia and Turkey. Prior to his new position, he most recently served as the general manager at Dusit Thani Maldives.

Guido Bayley has been appointed the new cluster general manager for the Radisson Blu Hotel Abu Dhabi Yas Island and the Park Inn by Radisson Abu Dhabi Yas Island. A highly experienced hospitality professional, Bayley joins from the Radisson Blu Portman Hotel, London where he has been the general manager for the last five years. Bayley has been with the Rezidor Hotel Group for the last 18 years and has worked in six different countries including South Africa, Hungary and Germany. He brings a wealth of knowledge, particularly in the opening of new hotels, having opened a number of new properties globally. He also has a solid base in food and drink, an area he will be developing for the two hotels.

Courtyard by Marriott World Trade Center Officially Opens Doors in Abu Dhabi
Global hotel brand, Courtyard by Marriott, today opened the Courtyard by Marriott World Trade Center, Abu Dhabi, marking the first Marriott-endorsed hotel in the capital. Crowds gathered to celebrate the opening which saw the first guest, Saeed Al Romaithi, Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at ADGAS, who is also a Marriott Rewards Platinum member, checking in and becoming the hotel's first-ever customer.
