Much of his career has been dedicated to shaping the UAE's luxury dining scene, where he has led operations at renowned venues such as Buddha Bar and Siddharta Lounge at Grosvenor House Dubai. As GM of VaKaVa at Jumeirah Etihad Towers, Cabral played a pivotal role in the property's successful transition from Jumeirah to Hilton.
