Previously, as Co-Founder and CMO of TIPHospitality, Monika co-launched a hospitality lifestyle mobile platform, building its brand identity and executing a targeted marketing strategy. Her earlier roles as Director of Sales and Marketing at The Westbury Mayfair, Luxury Collection and Sheraton Hotels further honed her ability to deliver revenue growth through bespoke sales and marketing initiatives, high-impact partnerships and creative brand activations. As Commercial Director at The Athenaeum Hotel & Residences in London, Monika was part of the transition to new management, developing a fresh commercial strategy and repositioning the hotel in the luxury leisure market.
