Martin Yeo has been appointed as Director of Food and Beverage at Swissôtel Sydney

Swissôtel Sydney is excited to announce Mr Martin Yeo as the newly appointed Director of Food and Beverage. Entering the hospitality industry with a Bachelor of Commerce and a Masters in Hotel Management, Martin bringswith him numerous years of Food and Beverage operations experience. Martin’s managerial experiences include his roles as Conference and Events Operations Manager at Novotel Manly Pacific and most recently as Food and Beverage Manager at Sofitel Wentworth Sydney.

BLACKSTONE is tipped to secure a $574 million-plus hotel portfolio from its private equity rival Brookfield as the pair continue to dominate local real estate. Canada's Brookfield is selling five hotels as it recasts plans for the $1 billion-plus Wynyard redevelopment in central Sydney. Sources say the project will likely make a "grand statement" and feature a dynamic office skyscraper in line with other landmark projects the group has embarked on globally.
