Emerald Palace Kempinski Palm Jumeirah Dubai Opens Q2 2018

With its opening scheduled in 2018, this legendary European Palace in Dubai will complement the Kempinski Hotel & Residences Palm Jumeirah, opened in 2011. The outstanding palace hotel will feature 389 rooms and suites. Rooms start at a size of 67 square metres and are thus the largest rooms in this category on the Palm. In addition, the Emerald Palace stands out due to the largest indoor swimming pool, with 175 square metres, as well as the largest private cinema on Palm Jumeirah with a capacity of 80 seats. Guests can enjoy 500 metres of private sandy beach and the 3,000 square metres Cinq Mondes spa, including 24 spacious treatment rooms and two private spa suites. The hotel hosts six exclusive culinary experiences, including all-day dining; the lobby lounge, pool and beach bar; in-room dining; "Mix", the first restaurant operated by renowned 3-Michelin starred chef Alain Ducasse in the UAE; the Italian en vogue restaurant "All'onda" from New York, managed by China Grill Management; "Il Riccio" Beach House & Restaurant, managed by Doğuş Group; and an upcoming Lounge/Bar.

Emaar Plans New VIDA Hotel in Dubai

Emaar Hospitality Group, the hospitality and leisure subsidiary of Emaar Properties, has unveiled plans for Vida Harbour Point, a new waterfront lifestyle project in Dubai and the seventh upcoming hotel project in the UAE under Vida Hotels and Resorts. Vida Harbour Point is the second hotel project by Emaar Hospitality Group in Dubai Creek Harbour, having recently unveiled Address Harbour Point, a premium lifestyle hotel and serviced residences to be operated by Address Hotels + Resorts.

Rene Vincent-Ernst has been appointed as General Manager at Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel

Hospitality Management Holding has appointed Rene Vincent-Ernst as the General Manager for Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel. Vincent-Ernst has over three decades of outstanding experience in the hospitality industry spanning Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Vincent-Ernst began his career in the industry at The Savoy Hotel in London in 1988 as the food and beverage manager and subsequently worked his way up serving a number of key positions in various prestigious hotels. He also worked as a consultant for Tourism Development and Investment Company Abu Dhabi from May 2015 to February 2017. A Danish national, Vincent-Ernst holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from Royal Hotel School in Denmark and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Delward University in California.
