He will also oversee the property's multi-phase renovation, beginning with phase one, which will focus on the hotel's meeting spaces, main lobby, and food and beverage outlets and is expected to be completed in Q1 2026. A guestroom renovation will follow in late 2026, with completion expected by mid-2027. DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Philadelphia Center City is managed by Hilton and owned by Lobro Associates.
