The Chloe Nashville opens next month

The Chloe Nashville will officially open the week of January 5th in Hillsboro Village, featuring 19 rooms, a restaurant, three bars, and a lush outdoor pool for guests + locals alike. This comes as the first Tennessee hotel from Róbert LeBlanc and the LeBlanc + Smith team, following New Orleans sister hotels The Chloe and The Celestine, which have collectively earned global accolades including Travel + Leisure's 2025 It List, Condé Nast Traveler's Hot List, Michelin Key designation and La Liste's Gem Hotel Award, among others.

Montage Plans for 62-key Montage Valle De Guadalupe In Baja California

Montage International in partnership with leading real estate and development firm, Thor Urbana, and growing luxury community pioneer and club operator, Life Properties International (LIFE), announce the development of a new luxury resort, Montage Valle de Guadalupe, located within the iconic Bruma Wine Estate in Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico. Anticipated to open in 2028, the sprawling resort will be Montage International's fifth property in Mexico, following its flagship Mexican resort, Montage Los Cabos, which opened in 2018.
