Offering panoramic views of the East China Sea, Pullman Zhoushan Seaside previously operated as Pullman Zhoushan Seaview. Bringing the Pullman brand back to Zhoushan reflects Accor's commitment to connecting its guests with key urban communities throughout Greater China, providing high-quality accommodations and convenient services for both business and leisure travelers. Pullman Zhoushan Seaside is set to open by March 2025.

Accor boosts Shanghai presence with Swissôtel Shanghai Hongqiao set to open in 2026

Accor announced the signing of the new Swissôtel Shanghai Hongqiao, located within the burgeoning Shanghai Hongqiao Gubei Business Development Area, adjacent to the Caohejing Economic and Technological Development Zone. This prime location will appeal to both business and leisure travelers, offering easy access to downtown offices, shopping, and entertainment. With 249 guestrooms, the hotel will feature 62 Swissôtel Living apartments for guests who wish to settle in and extend their stay in Shanghai. Swissôtel Shanghai Hongqiao is set to open in mid 2026.
