Adventurous Journeys (AJ) Capital Partners announced today the acquisition of The Dornoch Hotel in Dornoch, Scotland. The property will join Marine & Lawn Hotels & Resorts, a collection of bespoke hotels located in the world’s most premier golf destinations. AJ Capital will reposition the property as Dornoch Station hotel, honoring the hotel’s original name dating back to 1902, the Station Hotel. The hotel is now closed and for the next several months it will undergo comprehensive renovations of all guest rooms, public spaces, exterior and grounds including the installation of a putting green, fire pits and additional outdoor amenities.
RBH Hospitality Management has been selected by leading European investment company, Covivio Hotels to manage three high-end UK hotels, following a competitive operator selection process. Marking its first continental European partnership, RBH will be taking on the management of The Principal York, Wotton House in Surrey and The Met Hotel Leeds from the 1st of October 2022. This adds a further 402 bedrooms and supports RBH's aim towards becoming the leading third-party management company in the luxury hotel market.
