Swiss International Boutique Saif – Al Rass Opens

The newly constructed hotel in Al Rass region of Al Qassim Province is the first International chain hotel in Al Rass offering international standards, comfort and service. The hotel has 62 rooms and suites with all upscale amenities including free Wi-Fi. The Suite rooms also have Jacuzzi and Sauna. A revolving restaurant – Grill Room, on the top floor that offers breathtaking 360° view is the talk of the town. In addition, the hotel also has a café for women only and a lobby café on the ground floor. The facilities also include one big banquet hall with a capacity of 200 guests, 3 meeting rooms, a male Spa and a female Spa. The hotel is expecting domestic travelers, both leisure and business.

Millennium signs two iconic hotels in Makkah

Millennium Hotels and Resorts is continuing with its successful expansion strategy across Saudi Arabia by announcing the takeover of two landmark hotels in the Holy City of Makkah. Following the signing of a management agreement with Makkah Construction & Development Company, the Group will operate Makkah Millennium Hotel and Makkah Millennium Towers, under the global flagship of Millennium Hotels and Resorts, Middle East and Africa with the agreement coming into effect by 1st September 2017. The move solidifies the Group"s position as one of the fastest growing operators in the Kingdom, ensuring it comfortably meets its target to open over 20 hotels in Saudi Arabia within the next four years.

Swiss International opens second hotel in Riyadh

Swiss International proudly announces the opening of Swiss Spirit Hotel & Suites Metropolitan in Riyadh which is expected to start its operations from August 1st 2017. Early this year, Swiss International made its entry in Riyadh with Swiss International Royal Hotel. Three additional hotels are opening in Saudi Arabia before end of September: Swiss International Residence Jeddah Airport, Swiss International Boutique Saif – Al Rass, & Swiss International Tabuk. This already forms presence of Swiss International in some of the major cities of Saudi Arabia - Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam. The new facility"s location at the Olaya District, also known as the commercial heart of the city serves as a huge advantage point for the brand as it draws not only the travelers interested in business but also the shopaholics interested in luxury shopping allowing a larger influx of guests to the property. The state of the art property is consisting of 80 rooms with 20 standard rooms and 60 suites equipped with all upscale amenities. Swiss International"s restaurant concept - A Grill Room will also open in August 2017.

DoubleTree Opens Hotel in Bay Square, Dubai

DoubleTree by Hilton, one of Hilton's (NYSE: HLT) 14 market-leading brands, today announced the opening of DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai - Business Bay. The modern hotel features 238 spacious guest rooms and suítes, all with floor-to-ceiling windows and panoramic views of the Burj Khalifa, Downtown Dubai or Bay Square. It joins two other DoubleTree by Hilton properties already open in Dubai and eight DoubleTree by Hilton properties open across the Middle East.

Steigenberger Alcazar-Sharm El Sheikh opens

The Steigenberger Alcazar-Sharm El Sheikh in Egypt, a new built five-star resort located in the Nabq Bay directly on the Red Sea coast, opened for business yesterday. Each of the 610 luxurious rooms is at least 46 square metres in size, 99 of them are swim up rooms with direct access to the pool.
