The all-inclusive Rixos Bab Al Bahr in Ras Al Khaimah has appointed a new executive housekeeper. Arun Reddy joins the hotel to head up a department responsible for the cleaning of 655 hotel rooms. The vast resort also has 14 restaurants and a number of entertainment spaces and pools.
Burhani has been promoted to associate director of sales, leading the MICE segment of the hotel. Both hoteliers have had a similar trajectory at Grand Hyatt Dubai.
With more than 15 years of experience in hospitality sales, Sah has been promoted to director of sales. Before joining the property as assistant director of sales in 2019, he was the cluster ADOS of Carlton Group of Hotels in Dubai. He also worked as cluster senior sales manager for Ramada Plaza JBR and Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Sharjah.
Varel joined Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Dubai in 2016 as front office manager. He was later promoted as rooms division manager in 2018, and now assumes the role of director of operations as a result of his excellent track record over the past six years at the property. He has more than 20 years of hospitality experience, and his former hotel affiliations include Grosvenor House Dubai and Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa, to name a few.

The hotel says Montedoro proved his managerial and revenue skills in 2021, leading to the new role.
