Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal Unveils Plans for Final Phase of an Extensive, Multi-Year Property-Wide Transformation

As the brand's first resort in Mexico, the award-winning Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal will continue to redefine luxury in 2025 and beyond with the culmination of a multi-year property-wide transformation. The final phase of renovations will begin this summer, with the property fully closing from July 15 - September 30, to transform all 112 guest rooms, suites, casitas and villas. The transformation began in 2022 with several culinary enhancements across the legendary resort, such as the debut of the Agave Study at Peacock Alley, Neutral Coffee Lab, a refresh of the property's signature restaurant Don Manuels, and the introduction of TRAVESÍA, a nine-course tasting menu all surrounding the beloved taco. The final stage of renovations will include a floor-to-ceiling redesign of all rooms as well as the debut of a rotating series of culinary activations at the enhanced Beach Club, further building upon its roster of world-class culinary offerings and authentic Mexican cuisine.
