Meyer Jabara Hotels Makes Multimillion Dollar Investment in its Legacy Owned Admiral Fell Inn on Baltimore Harbor

A Meyer Jabara Hotel’s long-term owned asset, the Admiral Fell Inn, is undergoing a multimillion dollar transformation. Opening in Spring 2025 and rebranded as The William Fell, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, the historic waterfront hotel sits right on Fells Point Square and boasts waterfront views of Baltimore's Harbor, making it the best location in the city. Repositioning of this legacy asset is expected to make The William Fell the quintessential market-leading powerhouse in Fells Point. This is MJH’s third owned asset in Baltimore, its fifth managed property in Maryland, and the first Tapestry Collection conversion in its portfolio. A grand opening is planned for April 2025.

The hotel, located in Seattle, Wash., near the University of Washington campus, will undergo a significant transition that marks a new chapter for both companies, as Staypineapple Hotels Inc. will now manage the property under its first management and licensing agreement.

Dallas Leads Nation's Hotel Boom: Nearly 200 Projects Set to Transform Texas Hospitality Landscape

According to the Q3 2024 U.S. Hotel Construction Pipeline Trend Report from Lodging Econometrics (LE), at the close of the quarter, the five markets with the largest hotel construction pipelines are led by Dallas with a record-high of 194 projects and 22,803 rooms, followed by Atlanta with a record-high 166 projects accounting for 19,174 rooms, Nashville with a record-high 130 projects and 16,966 rooms, Phoenix with 123 projects/15,999 rooms, and Austin with a record-high 119 projects accounting for 13,962 rooms. These top five markets combined account for 732 projects/88,904 rooms.

Latest Management Contract Brings Sentral Assets Under Management to Over $4 Billion
