Marriott International and VERKEHRSBUERO HOSPITALITY Sign Agreement for Five Properties in Austria

Marriott International, Inc. announced it has signed an agreement with VERKEHRSBUERO HOSPITALITY to open five properties in Austria across its Tribute Portfolio, AC Hotels, and Four Points Flex by Sheraton brands. The signed projects are expected to further enhance Marriott‘s footprint in the country with the addition of more than 1,100 rooms. All five properties are expected to be converted from existing hotels operated by VERKEHRSBUERO HOSPITALITY under its Austria Trend Hotels brand.

Radisson Hotel Group signs four new properties in Norway and introduces two new brands

Radisson Hotel Group is delighted to announce the signing of four new conversion properties, and 519 guest rooms, in the picturesque city of Bergen, Norway, as part of their fruitful partnership with Magic Norway AS. Two of the properties will be Radisson Individuals hotels and the other two will be under the Group’s Prize by Radisson brand. All four properties have strategic locations and are set to open in the coming months.

Hilton Bolsters Athens Presence with Three Lifestyle Hotels

Hilton (NYSE: HLT) has confirmed plans to open three properties in Athens following franchise agreements with Aluma Greece IKE. Adia Aluma Athens, Curio Collection by Hilton and Anise Aluma Athens, Tapestry Collection by Hilton are both expected to open in 2025, with Skylark Aluma Athens, Tapestry Collection by Hilton set to open in 2026. The signings of these three new hotels across the Curio Collection by Hilton and Tapestry Collection by Hilton brands will further strengthen Hilton’s lifestyle portfolio, adding over 500 new rooms for guests in the Athens.

Henderson Park Acquires Portfolio Of Five French Hotels

Henderson Park, the international private equity real estate firm, has acquired a portfolio of five hotels in France alongside asset management company Atream, a leading French tourism firm headquartered in Paris. The purchase was undertaken in two separate transactions comprising the acquisition, from French institutional investors, of the hotel properties historically operated via variable lease contracts and, simultaneously, the transfer of the operations by the hotel operator.

IHG to debut Vignette Collection in France

IHG Hotels & Resorts (IHG), one of the world’s leading hotel companies, is proud to announce its first Vignette Collection property in France, a major milestone for the brand's European expansion and a testament to its trusted partnerships and commitment to luxury hospitality. Following an agreement with Global Hotels & Resorts (GHR), the property will be set across two separate buildings – the existing Tiara Miramar and Tiara Yaktsa hotels, which will see their unique charm and rich history being retained as well as their distinctive character while being elevated under the Vignette Collection.
