Grégoire Bouffard has been appointed as General Counsel at Louvre Hotels Group

Bouffard, who will report to CEO Federico J. González, will join the Executive Committee and lead the Legal and Compliance Department, contributing to the group's growth and development. This appointment follows the departure of Benjamin Dornic, who has decided to pursue new career opportunities. Bouffard has been with the group since 2018, initially serving as Operations Legal Director. In early 2023, his role expanded to overseeing all legal activities, including Procurement, Distribution, IT legal support, and Compliance.

Mr. Spierto, age 34, joined the Company in November 2023 and previously served as Vice President, Corporate Controller of the Company from November 2023 until his May 2024 promotion to Chief Accounting Officer.
