A 17-year Virtuoso veteran, Rashid assumed responsibility for the company's culture ten years ago and has since developed and implemented the infrastructure to support the global offices, which have realised significant expansion over the past 18 months. Her duties have grown to address the complexities of global talent management and the continually expansive labour laws around the world. In her elevated role, she is responsible for driving the vision and execution of organisational design and leadership effectiveness, including strategic talent acquisition, retention and special talent initiatives, all which support the company's overall organisational health and business results. She has helped to establish a number of leadership development programs, including the creation of the Next Level Leaders group, while also supporting the integration of sustainability practices into the organization.

Holly Montroy has been named Vice President, Human Resources at Vizergy

Laura Simmons has been promoted to Vice President of Corporate HR at Remington Hospitality

Laura Simmons joined Remington Hotels in 2011 and has over 25 years of comprehensive HR generalist experience. As VP of Corporate HR, Laura will oversee the lifecycle of our corporate associates including associate engagement, performance and development. Laura began her HR career with Wyndham Hotels, where she held regional and corporate HR leadership roles and was a key task force member for 19 hotel openings throughout the nation.
