She then joined the home office team as an Area Manager and continued on a path to Director of Sales and Training, Director of Training and Development, and most recently, Vice President of People and Culture. Gaffan has brought an extraordinary amount of passion and commitment to Pacifica Hotels and has been a key part in the company's growth.
