Anthony Belef has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at Evans Hotels

Belef brings 25 years of hospitality experience in both operations and human resources. Prior to joining Evans Hotels, Belef worked for Omni Hotels and Resorts as a Director and Area Director of Human Resources. For the last six years, he led the Human Resources team at the Omni La Costa Resort and Spa, and also supported a portfolio of Omni properties, including locations in Texas and all of Omni's California properties.

Keno Lung has joined Rosewood Hotel Group as Vice President, Global Employee Experience and Talent

At Rosewood Hotel Group, Keno will focus on the creation of a group center of excellence in employee experience, talent acquisition, and talent development, working in partnership with Rosewood Hotel Group's Vice President of Global Talent and Culture, Hotel Operations, and Corporate Business Partner, Deborah Kelly. Keno joins Rosewood from Louis Vuitton where he served as Head of Human Resources Hong Kong & Head of Talent Acquisition & Development, North Asia. His previous experience also includes roles at Apple and Lululemon within human resources.

Rachael Sullivan has been appointed as Vice President, Human Resources at CWT

Christine Langseth has been appointed as VP of People at Menin Hospitality

Eugenio Pirri has been promoted to Chief Culture and Operations Executive at Dorchester Collection

In his new role, Pirri will now assist Christopher Cowdray in driving operational initiatives and impacting the Dorchester Collection culture and business through engagement, strategic initiatives and programme management. Steve Ransone has been appointed as Vice President of Organizational Capability at White Lodging

Steve Ransone will serve as White Lodging's Vice President of Organizational Capability. In this role, Ransone is responsible for recruiting, training, development, and other direct efforts designed to grow associates' personal and professional skills. Ransone is a 23-year White Lodging veteran who most recently served as Vice President of Rooms Operations. He worked at Marriott International for more than 10 years before joining White Lodging.

Rowie Villacencio has been appointed as Director of Administration at ALMA Resort Cam Ranh, Vietnam

After Filipino national Rowie earned her undergraduate degree in accountancy and MBA at University of San Carlos in Cebu City, she started her hospitality career in 1999 as a service associate at Shangri-La's Mactan Resort & Spa and rose through the ranks to become the property's director of human resources. She was also director of HR at Movenpick Resort & Spa Boracay and later Alma.

Ty Breland has been named EVP and Global Chief Human Resources Officer at Marriott International, Inc.

Marriott also announced that Ty Breland has been named Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, effective at the end of October. A 17-year Marriott veteran, Breland has held a number of senior roles with the company spanning corporate and continent responsibilities. Since 2016, Breland has served as Global HR Officer for Talent Development & Organizational Capability. In this role, he has executive oversight for talent management, including leadership development, organizational capability and change management. Breland also oversees The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center, including its business strategy and sales efforts, and serves as the senior Human Resources leader for the company's Global Development, Design & Operations Services disciplines.

Danitra Clare has been appointed as HR Director at The Shore Club Turks and Caicos

The Shore Club Turks & Caicos, owned and operated by The Hartling Group, is pleased to announce that human resources leader Danitra Clare will be rejoining the property on October 10 as HR Director. Danitra worked at The Shore Club from 2018-2021 before joining the opening team at The Ritz-Carlton, Turks and Caicos. After nearly a year, she is returning to The Shore Club and The Hartling Group in this newly created leadership position.
