Brittney Woods-Clark has been appointed as Director of Training at Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort & Spa

Brittney Woods-Clark has been appointed director of training, overseeing training at both Waikiki Beach Marriott and Waikoloa Beach Marriott. After launching her career with Starwood Hotels as a human resources coordinator, Woods-Clark then joined Price Hotels & Resorts as corporate human resources trainer, developing her niche focus on training. She comes to Waikiki Beach Marriott from The Waikiki Collection: The Royal Hawaiian, Sheraton Waikiki, Sheraton Princess Kaiulani and the Moana Surfrider, Westin where she held the position of complex training manager.

Monique Dekker has been appointed as Senior Vice President Human Resources at Hyatt Hotels Corporation

Born in the Netherlands, Monique Dekker began her career with Hyatt more than 25 years ago at Grand Hyatt New York. After numerous posts across Hyatt properties in Tokyo, Düsseldorf, Chicago and Singapore, she took on the coveted role of General Manager at the Park Hyatt Vienna, one of the group's most iconic properties in Europe. She combined that role with that of Area Vice President for Austria, Czech Republic, Italy and Hungary, whilst also serving on the group's Global Diversity Equity and Inclusion Council and was Chair for Women @ Hyatt -a global initiative to accelerate and increase professional growth opportunities for female employees, with 13 chapters and more than 600 colleagues directly involved in EAME alone.

Rita Grant has been appointed as Director of Human Resources at The St. Regis Chicago Hotel and Residences

Grant will lead human resources efforts for both The St. Regis Chicago Hotel and Residences including building, acquiring, and retaining top talent across all divisions and levels. Grant has held a number of human resources roles, most recently at the JW Marriott Minneapolis Mall of America, where she was a member of the 2015 opening team and contributed to the property winning many accolades.

Natasha Osborne Geurts has been appointed as Chief of Staff at Mews

Angela Howard will commence in the position of Senior Vice President Talent & Culture, Premium, Midscale & Economy, for Accor Pacific from 29th March 2023. Angela is an accomplished executive with over 20 years' experience delivering the strategic direction and operational effectiveness of Human Resource practices within multi-site and multi-business unit environments. Angela has most recently been performing a global role as the Holland America Group Vice President of Talent and Culture within Carnival Corporation with brands including P&O Cruises Australia, Princess Cruises, Holland America Line, Cunard, Carnival Cruise Lines and Seabourn. Angela takes over from Shelley Perkins who has been promoted to the role of Senior Vice President of Talent & Culture, Premium, Midscale and Economy, for Middle East, Africa & Asia Pacific.

Preeya Patel has been appointed as Vice President, People at Sojern

A certified executive coach, she joins Hilton from PepsiCo where she was senior director of human resources for Africa, Middle East and South Asia.
