Lisa Quatrano has been promoted to Manager of Customer Success at M3

M3, the hospitality sector's #1 cloud-based accounting, financial reporting, and data management platform, announced that Lisa Quatrano has been promoted to Manager of Customer Success. Lisa has been at M3 for a little over ten years. During her tenure at M3,  she has held many roles, managed the Labor Management team, transitioned into Customer Success, and now will manage that team. The M3 team is looking forward to seeing the value that Lisa brings customers in this new role! 

Vijayakumar Singh. R has been appointed as Chief Engineer at Hyatt Regency Dehradun

Vijayakumar brings along 29 years of enriching experience across Taj, Meridian & Hyatt hotels in India, with the Hyatt journey being 20 years and counting. A master of his trade, in his current role, Vijayakumar will be responsible for the management, operations, rectification of the entire hotel's furniture, fixture and equipment while also ensuring sustainable practices and increasing efficiency throughout the hotel.

Ricardo Lutchman has been appointed as Director of Rooms at The Joseph, a Luxury Collection Hotel

Ricardo Lutchman brings more than one decade of experience in operations management to his new role as director of rooms at The Joseph Nashville. Lutchman oversees day-to-day operations and activities of rooms departments, including housekeeping services, front office, concierge, and guest services, as well as manages the hotel's full-service luxury spa and salon, Rose. Lutchman comes to Nashville having recently served as director of operations for Hotel Emeline in Charleston, SC. In his career, Lutchman has worked in various operations and guest services roles throughout Texas.

Lamia Al Murid has been promoted to Executive Housekeeper at Jumeirah Beach Hotel

Jumeirah Group has made history by appointing its first female Emirati executive housekeeper. Lamia Al Murid steps up to the role at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel, promoted thanks to her "dedication, passion and ability to constantly exceed guest expectation," Jumeirah said. Muneera Al Taher, senior director of human resources and Emiratisation at Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts shared: "I am delighted to announce the promotion of Lamia Al Murid as executive housekeeper at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, making her the first female Emirati holding that position."

Harold John Abonitalla has been appointed as Head Concierge at Conrad Dubai

Abonitalla has been a chief concierge for over a decade and a half. As early as 2004 he was chief concierge for One&Only Royal Mirage Hotel, staying at the hotel for over six years. He would then go on to be chief concierge for Raffles Dubai, the Conrad Dubai during its pre-opening, Habtoor Palace and the Renaissance Downtown Hotel (now the St. Regis Downtown).

Christopher Klein has been promoted to Director of Rooms at Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait at Burj Alshaya

In 2020, Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait hired Christopher, carrying with him an impressive resume and seven years of Middle East experience in luxury hospitality. A German native, Christopher quickly established himself at the Hotel, working tirelessly to uphold the highest standards of guest experience. His promotion to Director of Rooms has come as no surprise to his colleagues in the Hotel who shared in celebrating his move along with General Manager Didier Jardin.

Ramy Shawky has been appointed as Front Office Manager at Retreat Palm Dubai MGallery by Sofitel

The new front office manager, Shawky has more than ten years of front office experience gained from five-star hotels. Prior to his new role, he was the assistant front office manager at Movenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach. His other previous hotel stints include Rixos Bab Al Bahr in Ras Al Khaimah, Kempinski Mall of the Emirates, the former Kempinski Ajman Hotel, Miramar Al Aqah Beach Resort, and Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh.
