Prior to joining Dorchester Collection, he held various roles within rooms division with Baglioni Hotels & Resorts, One Aldwych Hotel, and Rocco Forte Hotels.
Carlotta Cavallari brings more than 14 years of marketing and PR experience with her, gained across the hospitality, fashion, watch & jewellery industries in the luxury space. She was the assistant director of marketing at Armani Hotel Dubai, Burj Khalifa, and held two pre-opening marketing lead positions at Address Hotels & Resorts, culminating with two consecutive successful pre openings within one year in 2022.

He has held various sales & marketing leadership and area roles at One & Only Royal Mirage Dubai, Regent Bali, Jumeirah Vittaveli, and Jumeirah Devanafushi Maldives, among others. His most recent role before joining The Lana was at Sun Resorts in Maldives and Mauritius, where he held the position of VP of sales and marketing.
In charge of people and culture is Nina Ptok. She was previously director of HR at The Arts Club in Dubai. Before that, she spent almost five years as director of HR with Sheraton Grand Hotel Dubai. Outside of the UAE, she has also held HR roles with Hyatt in Azerbaijan and Constance Hotels in the Seychelles.
Marco Conte joins The Lana Dubai team from The Principe Di Savoia Milan, where he held the role of resident manager for four years. Prior to his time at The Principe, he was the EAM at The Westin Palace Milan since 2014.
