On the heels of closing on $400M in debt and equity financing to build The Nashville EDITION Hotel & Residences (“The Nashville EDITION”), Tidal Real Estate Partners has announced that the development has officially broken ground. The forthcoming Nashville location of international luxury hospitality brand EDITION will rise 28 stories in The Gulch neighborhood and comprise 261 hotel rooms and 84 private condominium residences, fully serviced by the hotel. Residential sales are currently underway, and the building is slated to open in 2028.
