Fernando Reyes has been appointed as Executive Chef at Pendry Park City

With a wealth of culinary knowledge, Reyes's most recent role was executive chef at Maravilla Los Cabos in Los Cabos, Mexico. With a passion for both travel and food, his storied career as a culinary leader includes a variety of domestic and international roles, previously serving as executive chef at the Westin St. Francis Hotel in San Francisco, as well as executive sous chef at The Ritz Carlton in Hainan Province and JW Marriott Hotel L.A. Live in Los Angeles. As executive chef, Fernando Reyes oversees all culinary operations for Pendry Park City, including menu development and execution for the various dining outlets, as well as resort catering initiatives.

Ashley Chaney has been appointed as Director of Food and Beverage at Pendry Park City

Ashley Chaney brings more than two decades of restaurant and hospitality experience to his new role. Most recently, Chaney served as assistant director of food and beverage for Montage Palmetto Bluff. Prior to his tenure at Montage, Chaney held multiple roles at various luxury properties including Sea Island Resort in Georgia and The Eldridge Hotel in Kansas. Today, Chaney oversees all culinary outlets at Pendry Park City, including Japanese American inspired restaurant, KITA; Aprés Pendry; Park City's only rooftop lounge, The Pool House Bar & Grille; and the slope side go-to with relaxed American cuisine and arcade games, Disco Pizza; as well as hotel banquet and catering operations for special events.

Raghu Addagada has been appointed as Hotel Manager at Pendry Park City

A multifaceted and driven leader, Raghu Addagada's journey began more than 30 years ago at Oberoi Hotels and Resorts in India, where he held positions in various departments from stewarding to culinary and banquet operations. Since then, Addagada bolstered an impressive resume working at various properties including, Fairmont Hotels throughout Canada and The Ritz-Carlton in Toronto and Cancun. As hotel manager of Pendry Park City, he is responsible for supporting and managing day-to-day hotel operations while providing an overall strategic vision and guidance for his team.

Parker Teske has been appointed as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at The St. Regis Deer Valley

The St. Regis Deer Valley announced the appointment of Parker Teske as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage. Teske comes to the Resort from the Goldener Hirsch Inn in Park City, where he served as Director of Outlets, responsible for all food service sales, costs and budget administration. He also interfaced with front of house personnel and was responsible for implementing all company policies including maximizing productivity and customer service.

Jason Franey has been appointed as Executive Chef at The Lodge at Blue Sky, Auberge Resorts Collection

Todd Bennett has been appointed as President & Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Deer Valley

A hospitality and ski industry veteran, Todd's career has focused on elevating the guest experience through his extensive and unique experience at The Walt Disney Company, Vail Mountain, and through the creation of the outdoor publishing company, Open Road Ski Company.

Nicholas Davies has been appointed as Executive Chef at The Yarrow, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Park City

Executive Chef Nicholas Davies joins The Yarrow, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Park City from Snowbasin Resort, part of Grand America Hotel and Resorts, in Huntsville, Utah. In his new role, Chef Davies helms The Yarrow's two culinary outelts, 1800 Park and Vertical Lounge, where he is charged with menu and concept development and implementation, inventory and cost control, procurement strategy with major suppliers, and coordination with clients on weddings and events. Prior to his time in Utah, Chef Davies served as Executive Chef at Village Station at Sun Valley Resort in Idaho.

Anthony Moody has been appointed as General Manager at The Yarrow, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Park City

With over 25 years in hospitality, Anthony Moody joins The Yarrow, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Park City as the new general manager, where he focuses on daily operations, staff development, budgeting and financial planning, and increasing sales and revenue. Most recently, Moody served as the General Manager at The Farnam, Autograph Collection by Marriott in Omaha, where he opened the 120-room hotel in 2020. Moody previously spent 20 years with John Q. Hammons Hotels and Resorts across the Midwest, and two years with Real Hospitality Group.

Alex Malmborg has been appointed as Executive Chef at The St. Regis Deer Valley

The St. Regis Deer Valley, one of the most luxurious mountain Resorts in the world, today announced the appointment of a new Executive Chef, Alex Malmborg. A high-performing culinarian with more than 30 years of experience, Malmborg will oversee all culinary operations at the Resort, including RIME, Brasserie 7452, The St. Regis Bar, banquets and events.

Ryan Burnham has been appointed as Executive Chef at Waldorf Astoria Park City

Waldorf Astoria Park City, Utah's premier luxury resort by Hilton, located in one of the world's most coveted mountain regions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ryan Burnham as executive chef. Burnham joined the team in early February and brings more than 25 years of culinary experience, from executive chef positions to hotel leadership roles at some of the country's best fine dining restaurants, to the resort. His dynamic perspective, passion for the Park City community and affinity for elevated global flavors made Burnham a natural fit for this position. In his new role, Burnham will lead all aspects of the food and beverage operation, including Waldorf Astoria Park City's in-house restaurant, Powder, in-room dining, catering and banquets, and the resort's poolside culinary programming.

Jessie Valdez has been appointed as Director of Spa at Pendry Park City

Jessie Valdez is an innovative wellness leader, board certified holistic health coach, and former massage therapist that has been in the spa and wellness industry for 15 years. She transitioned from the role of Spa Director at Glenwild Golf Club & Spa to the Director of Spa for Pendry Park City. In 2015 prior to Glenwild, Valdez served as the Director of Spa & Wellness and Marketing Specialist at Main & SKY Hotel in Park City where she led wellness programming and treatments. Valdez will be responsible for guiding Spa Pendry's programming and innovation.

David Silva has been appointed as Hotel Manager at Pendry Park City

David Silva brings 17 years of experience to Pendry Park City. In his role as Hotel Manager he will be responsible for supporting and managing day-to-day hotel operations. Silva started his career in Orlando, Florida where he held a food & beverage supervisor role at The Orlando Airport Marriott. He quickly climbed up the ladder to Senior Operations Supervisor, leading all food and beverage departments and restaurants on property. Since then, Silva has bolstered an impressive resume working at some of the nation's top properties including The Ritz-Carlton Atlanta, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, the Fairmont San Francisco, and most recently the St. Regis Deer Valley.

Chris Lawing has been appointed as Director of Sales & Marketing at Pendry Park City

Chris Lawing's hospitality journey began in Virginia where he held manager and director roles overseeing both meetings & events and catering operations at three different hotels including The Ritz-Carlton, Washington, D.C. In 2010, Lawing relocated to Park City as part of the pre-opening team of Montage Deer Valley, where he was initially the Director of Catering and Conference Services. In 2019, he assumed the Director of Group Sales position, and he and his team achieved a record-breaking year for the property, with over 27,000 group room nights booked. After ten years at Montage Deer Valley, Lawing brings his impressive background to Pendry, where he will be responsible for capturing corporate and group sales, weddings and social events, and working with the top luxury travel agencies on behalf of the resort.
