In Sonoma County, Matthew played a pivotal role in revitalizing the Farmhouse Inn post-pandemic—reintroducing Michelin-inspired dining, launching an award-winning wellness program, and helping the hotel secure a place on Condé Nast Traveler's Gold List. As Area General Manager for both Farmhouse Inn and 27 North, he led a comprehensive rebrand and developed strategic partnerships that elevated the overall guest experience.
