Mango Tsang Chiu Lit has been appointed as Executive Chef at Ming Court, Langham Place

Continuing with the fine tradition of serving Michelin-star worthy dishes at Ming Court, Langham Place, Mongkok, Hong Kong has announced the appointment of Chef Mango Tsang Chiu Lit as the new Executive Chef – East. In this new role which he takes over from his younger brother Chef Tsang Chiu King, he will oversee two-Michelin star Ming Court’s kitchen operations and Chinese banqueting. In addition, the elder Chef Tsang will be working closely with the hotel’s wine talents to further enhance the pairing experience at the modern luxury Cantonese restaurant. As a celebrated Michelin restaurant chef with over 40 years of experience, Chef Mango was instrumental in paving the way for many of the city’s top Cantonese fine dining establishments, including two years leading Michelin-starred restaurant Dynasty, Renaissance Hong Kong Harbour View Hotel, two years at the helm of Cuisine Cuisine, The Mira Hong Kong, six years heading Lai Kar Heen, The Ritz Carlton Hong Kong and eighteen years at the former renowned Furama Hotel, Hong Kong.

Maggie Wong has been appointed as director, Sales & Marketing at OZO Wesley Hong Kong

Responsible for the implementation and development of the overall sales and marketing strategy for OZO Wesley Hong Kong, Maggie has more than 12 years of sales experience in the hotel industry, with key positions at Renaissance and Emperor Hotel Group. A graduate in hospitality studies at the University of Strathclyde and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Maggie will not only oversee all sales and marketing activities for OZO Wesley, but also raise awareness of the new brand.

Cliff Lee has been appointed as executive assistant manager at OZO Wesley Hong Kong

Born in Taiwan and raised in the States, Cliff received his early hospitality training at Les Roches Hotel Management School in Switzerland and Cornell University in New York. Before joining OZO Wesley Hong Kong, he held the position of Operations Manager at Shama Fortress Hill. Cliff has extensive hospitality experience, with more than 8 years working in both Hong Kong and New York, including various roles with Mandarin Oriental. In his new role as Executive Assistant Manager, Cliff will oversee OZO Wesley, alongside Donna and report to the General Manager.
