Hotelito Takes Community- and Sustainably Oriented Hospitality to the Next Level

Located near the Mexican coastal town of Zihuatanejo, Hotelito is an integral part of the new, sprawling MUSA development: a utopian vision by Mexico City-born designer Andrés Saavedra and Canadian entrepreneur Tara Medina. The hotel offers access to everything MUSA has onsite, from a bio-pool to organic farms and a destination dining outlet, but it is also a hideaway in its own right. Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H) and Grupo Presidente today announced the opening of NUMU Boutique Hotel marking the first Hyatt-branded property in the city of San Miguel de Allende, Mexico and the latest addition to The Unbound Collection by Hyatt brand. The opening of NUMU Boutique Hotel marks the second hotel within the portfolio in Mexico, following the recent opening of Rancho Pescadero in Baja California Sur, Mexico.

RIU rounds out the year of its 25th anniversary in Mexico by unveiling the newly renovated Riu Santa Fe

RIU Hotels & Resorts presents the renovation of one of its three hotels in the Los Cabos area of Mexico: Riu Santa Fe. The hotel had been expanded in 2018 when the Riu Pool Party area and Splash Water World were built, and was fully renovated this year. Riu Santa Fe is a 24-hour All-Inclusive hotel in the Fun 4 All class and thus complements the offerings in Baja California Sur where RIU also has the Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas and the Adults-Only Riu Palace Baja California. The hotel's reopening is the cherry on top of RIU's 25th anniversary in Mexico.

Hilton (NYSE: HLT) announced the signing of the Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts brand's third property in Mexico, the new-build Waldorf Astoria San Miguel de Allende, expected to open in early 2025. Located in the heart of one of the most sought-after vacation destinations in the country, Waldorf Astoria San Miguel de Allende will offer 120 hotel guest rooms and 24 best-in-class Waldorf Astoria branded residences in the colonial city, known for its architecture, thriving art scene and rich history. The property is owned by PEAKAIR GROUP, is being developed by Skyplus Developments Corp., and will be managed by Hilton.

Fasano to Open 2nd Property in São Paulo, Brazil
