Autograph Collection Hotels To Welcome Sankara Nairobi Marking The Debut Of The Brand Into Kenya

Autograph Collection Hotels, Marriott International's distinctive collection of passionately independent hotels, announced that it will soon debut the brand into Kenya withSankara Nairobi slated to join the brand's diverse and distinguished portfolio of over 150 independent hotels around the world. A hallmark of hospitality in Kenya's capital city, the Sankara Nairobi shares the brand's values of vision, design and craft and its' exactly like nothing else mantra. Owned by Westlands Hotels Limited, the hotel is expected to be rebranded in early 2019.

Radisson Blu to open Casablanca Hotel in 2019

As the fastest growing hotel brand in Africa, Radisson Blu, will enter Africa's number one financial hub, Casablanca, with the opening of the Radisson Blu Hotel, Casablanca in 2019. The hotel will be situated in the city's business district and on the doorstep of major attractions such as the enchanting Old Medina (old town), Casablanca Marina and Hassan II Mosque, the second largest mosque in the world.

AC by Marriott Cape Town, Waterfront opening later this year

Later this year, Marriott International will debut the AC by Marriott brand into Africa with the opening of the 188-room AC by Marriott Cape Town, Waterfront, conveniently located just minutes away from the buzzing Victoria & Alfred Waterfront and just a 25-minute drive from Cape Town International Airport. The company has also signed its second AC by Marriott hotel in Africa, AC by Marriott Umhlanga Ridge, Kwazulu Natal, Durban. The 205-room hotel will be a part of a mixed-use development comprised of offices and high-end residential apartments and boasts dramatic views of the Indian Ocean. Slated to open in 2023, the hotel is within easy access from major highways and in close proximity to the King Shaka International Airport.

Park Hyatt Marrakech Planned to open in 2020

Park Hyatt Marrakech will bring a personalized, luxury experience to the impressive Al Maaden residential and leisure development, and will be the fourth Hyatt-branded hotel in Morocco. For guests interested in rare and intimate experiences, the 181-room hotel will be set against the spectacular backdrop of the Atlas Mountains. The hotel will also feature a resort complex and Moroccan garden-inspired 18-hole golf course, designed by award-winning golf course designer, Kyle Phillips. Renowned architects Didier Lefort, Eduardo Gaggiano, Cheong Yew Kuan and Patrick Genard will collaborate to design the development.

Hyatt Regency Taghazout, Morocco will be the second Hyatt-branded hotel in Taghazout, joining Hyatt Place Taghazout Bay. The 205-room hotel will be located on a 45-acre site facing the beach in the Taghazout Bay development area. The hotel will be part of a wider development that is set to include residential units, an 18-hole golf course, beach club, retail center, tennis academy, and a Moroccan spa and surf camp. Located in a prime beach area, the hotel will have a variety of dining options, including a specialty restaurant and a pool bar.

Hyatt Hotels to launch Hyatt Regency Arusha in 2019

Hyatt Regency Arusha, Tanzania will be the third Hyatt-branded hotel in Tanzania. The 174-room hotel will occupy a 29-acre site in central Arusha, a city in northern Tanzania and home to the East African Community headquarters, an intergovernmental organization.
