The suite featured a separate living room, a beautifully appointed bathroom with luxurious fixtures, a super-king bed she described as the most comfortable she had ever slept in, and an extensive minibar—though prices were steep (e.g. £10 for a Peroni). Turn-down service, Bang & Olufsen electronics, and high-end amenities added to the experience, though she noted the robes were a bit “crunchy” and there were no biscuits in the room. She also enjoyed room service, ordering a £35 club sandwich, which she found delicious but very messy. Breakfast, priced at £45, was delivered promptly and was generous enough to feed two people, featuring hot and cold options and an assortment of condiments. While the hotel lacks its own pool, guests have access to one at the nearby 45 Park Lane. The on-site gym was small and busy. Hannah appreciated the discretion and professionalism of the staff, who were warm and approachable despite the hotel’s high-end reputation.
