Frontier Airlines, a budget airline based out of Denver, Colorado, announced an "all you can fly" promotion that offers pass holders unlimited domestic flights, including to Puerto Rico.
Airlines are in a better position to offer this type of promotion as they can recoup incremental revenue via additional fees for luggage, seat allocation and more. Hotels are not likely to be able to charge incremental fees for these types of services, at least not yet.
