Andrew Finn has been appointed as General Manager at Palmer House a Hilton Hotel

 Palmer House, a Hilton Hotel, is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Finn as General Manager. In this role, Finn oversees the full guest experience and hotel operations portfolio of the 1,641-room landmark property, including its signature food and beverage venues, Lockwood Restaurant & Bar and Potter’s Bar, and more than 130,000 square feet of meeting and event space. He is responsible for leading all hotel operations and cultivating a high-performing team to meet all financial, service and guest satisfaction goals. Finn brings nearly four decades of experience within Hilton, spanning operations, finance, and leadership across some of the brand’s most complex hotels. In his new role with Palmer House, he plans to build upon the hotel’s legacy as one of Chicago’s most storied destinations, continuing to enhance the guest experience and preserve its historic character.
