Signia by Hilton Indianapolis is Now Accepting Reservations for Feb. 2027

The new-build, 800-room Signia by Hilton Indianapolis, the city’s tallest hotel and the Indiana Convention Center’s newest headquarters hotel, is now accepting reservations for stays beginning February 1, 2027. Once open, it will mark the approachable luxury brand’s first property in both the Midwest and Indiana. Owned by the City of Indianapolis with operations led by the Capital Improvement Board of Managers of Marion County, a municipal corporation of Marion County, the hotel will be located along the Georgia Street pedestrian promenade in the Wholesale District, with direct access via skywalk to the Indiana Convention Center. The property will also offer convenient access to Lucas Oil Stadium and Gainbridge Fieldhouse, placing guests at the center of the city’s premier sports, entertainment, and convention destinations, bringing Signia by Hilton’s vibrant atmosphere, sophisticated amenities plus the world’s best meetings and events to the heart of downtown Indianapolis.

Sunridge Hotel Group, an award-winning hotel owner and operator based in Mesa, Arizona, today announced the opening of the 69-suite TownePlace Suites by Marriott Thatcher. A third generation Kauaʻi leader with deep ties to the island, Manzo’s career reflects a strong connection to Hawaiian values, community and sense of place. Manzo joined the project following her role as Director of Sales and Marketing from Koloa Landing Resort, and previously held a similar role at Hilton Garden Inn Waikiki Beach. Her experience spans a diverse mix of luxury, lifestyle and boutique hotels, where she has overseen brand positioning, market entry strategies, and long-term revenue growth. Early roles in resort operations and vacation travel helped establish a strong foundation in destination storytelling and experiential branding. Throughout her career, Manzo has demonstrated a proven history of growing group and catering revenue, leading high performing sales teams through periods of renovation and transition, and developing creative, market specific strategies across a portfolio of luxury and boutique hotels.
