HEI Assumes Management of The Renaissance Times Square

HEI Hotels & Resorts, one of the nation's leading operators of institutionally owned full-service hotels, with a portfolio of more than 100 properties across the United States, recently announced that it has assumed management of the 317-room Renaissance Times Square. The hotel was recently acquired by Newbond and Apollo Global Management, who then tapped HEI to manage the property. Renaissance Times Square is located in the heart of Times Square, steps away from the best of New York City’s Theater District and its array of attractions.

Resolute Road Hospitality, a third-party management company founded on the promise to change the way owners think of their management company, announced today the addition of two hotels to its third-party managed portfolio. The properties, both located in Oregon, are owned by Evergreen Hospitality Development Group, a hospitality development and investment firm led by Alkesh Patel.
