Four Seasons Resort Nevis Is Giving Guests The Gift Of A Brand New Resort This Holiday Season

Four Seasons Resort Nevis is putting the finishing touches on its own version of a winter wonderland as it prepares to unveil the brand new On the Dune restaurant and new signature pool just in time for the holidays. As the final phase of the multi-year enhancement project nears its completion, the Resort has already begun rolling out a few revitalised spaces, including the Kids for All Seasons club, which has moved into a beautiful new location out next to the family-friendly Calypso Pool to offer more outdoor programming and activities for younger guests, as well as Mango restaurant, which repositioned the bar area to allow for more unobstructed Caribbean views during sunset cocktail hour. That, of course, is in addition to the re-envisioned guest rooms and suites, updated Great House lobby and new food and beverage outlets, EsQuilina and crowned monkey RUM BAR, that were launched late last year.

Gran Hotel Bristol by Kempinski: New Havana hotel in historic building for Kempinski Hotels

With a third hotel on the Caribbean island of Cuba Kempinski Hotels extends its presence in Havana and in the Americas. The European luxury hotel group has once more signed a management contract with Grupo de Turismo Gaviota SA, the owning company of the successful Gran Hotel Manzana Kempinski La Habana and the soon to open Cayo Guillermo Resort Kempinski. The new Gran Hotel Bristol by Kempinski is expected to open by the end of the year.

Hyatt Announces Plans for Hyatt Regency Coco Beach Resort in Puerto Rico

Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE:H) announced today that a Hyatt affiliate has entered into a franchise agreement with Coco Hotel 1 LLC for a new hotel, expected to open July 2019 as a Hyatt affiliated hotel and then become Hyatt Regency Coco Beach Resort after an extensive renovation is completed this fall. The 486-room hotel with 93 branded residencies will be managed by Aimbridge Hospitality and signifies Hyatt's continued brand growth on the island of Puerto Rico and across the Caribbean region. The hotel will be the brand's only full-service property in Puerto Rico. The hotel will operate as The Resort at Coco Beach, a Hyatt affiliated hotel, from July 2019 until the renovation is completed.
